Artists of all ages, skill levels, and experience are invited to set up and capture a beautiful setting of Selinsgrove using whatever medium they prefer. Artists will have two hours to paint “in the open air” for a chance to win one of the cash prizes!

The Annual Market Street Festival is a much anticipated and loved event in Selinsgrove. Each fall, as the weather turns crisp and breezy, record crowds turn up to stroll Market Street to check out the businesses, meet old friends, enjoy the many artisans, crafters, and games, listen to music, ride a pony or pet the animals, and of course, sample delicious and diverse food. 12,000+ people attend this event each year!

Entertainment for the day includes the Selinsgrove Area High School Marching Band to kick off the festival, Selinsgrove Dance Studio, Burns Tae Kwan Do, and additional acts for which we are still booking. We are excited to see vendor applications arriving daily. Expect to see some new and different stands along Market Street too! This event continues to grow each year. Crafters, civic groups, food and games will line Market Street on Saturday, September 26th from 8:30am-4 pm,

Trick-or-Treat at Selinsgrove area business! Participating businesses have Halloween treats for costumed kids!

Get in the spooky spirit at Selinsgrove’s annual Halloween Parade. The parade is the largest in the region as thousands of individuals line Market Street to enjoy the spectacular floats and catch some candy!

The parade runs from 1000 N. Market Street (CVS) to 226 S. Market Street (7/11).

Pet owners are asked to register by 1:30pm on the day of the parade at the Sharon Lutheran parking lot to be able to march down Market Street at 2pm.
