The 35th Annual Antiques in the Grove, sponsored by the Selinsgrove Area Chamber of Commerce will be held on Sunday, July 21 at the Rotary Field across from the Selinsgrove Area High School. Free admission to the public!
Enjoy lusciously decadent chocolate treats while you shop and discover Selinsgrove's family of businesses! Along the way, you'll vote for your favorite chocolate offerings as our businesses compete to win the coveted chocolate trophy!
At the end of your chocolate journey, turn in your chocolate passport to be entered into a drawing for some wonderful prizes.

St. Nick and his reindeer (yes, real-life reindeer!) will be downtown for Festive Family Friday. Come say hi to your favorite reindeer and St. Nick, shop at local Selinsgrove businesses and vendors, and participate in some fun activities for the kids.
St. Nick and his reindeer will be in the First National Bank parking lot, while fun and Christmas magic are waiting to be discovered throughout the downtown area!

Join in on the festive fun as we invite you to create, imagine, bake and build the ultimate gingerbread house.
If you are a member of the community, you qualify as a participant! Be that judging or creating, come join us at the Selinsgrove Farmer Market Commons on December 18 at 5pm.
For those who are building a confectionary home, be as creative as you want, and think outside the box! What dream house does your gingerbread family want? A castle? A beach house? A house inspired by your favorite movie, show or book? A house that takes us on a trip to another country? The ideas are endless! Winners will be awarded cash prizes ranging from $25 to $150!
To enter you must follow these rules:
All gingerbread houses must be placed on a plywood or cardboard base not exceeding 24” x 24”.
No peanuts, tree nuts, or any nuts allowed.
All gingerbread houses must be 100% edible candy/embellishments/materials except for lights ‘inside/outside’ the house. Non-edible support structure material other than the baseboard may not be used.
A list of materials used to create your gingerbread house along with a title and brief description should be submitted with your entry.
Non-edible decorations, such as paint, ribbon, figurines, etc. may be used only to decorate your base.
No artificial interior materials, such as styrofoam or wood, are to be used to construct or decorate the house.
5pm: Free public entry starts
6:30pm: Judging begins
7pm: Community voting starts
8:30pm: Winner announced by Santa
1st Prize: $150
2nd Prize: $100
3rd Prize: $75
Community Favorite: $25
Started in 1966, the service also includes traditional readings, songs and prayers in celebration of the season. Numerous student musical ensembles perform, including the Festival Chorus, University Choir, University Chorale, Chamber Singers, Handbell Choir and Brass Quintet.

$5 tickets on sale at the Art Display on the Lawn by the Selinsgrove Inn. Includes your passport to Sip and Sample Savory treats and beverages provided by local wineries, dairies and markets. Plus 5 ballots to vote for the Viewer’s Choice Art Award.
On the Lawn beside the Selinsgrove Inn.
Will be held Rudy Gelnett Memorial Library.
$5 per child.
Children ages pre-K - 5th grade.
Tickets sold at the Rudy Gelnett Memorial Library, The Creative Space and Graci’s Flowers.
Artists of all ages, skill levels, and experience are invited to set up and capture a beautiful setting of Selinsgrove using whatever medium they prefer, be it oils, watercolor, pastels, pencils or other. Artists will have two hours to paint “in the open air” for a chance to win one of the cash prizes. In order to be judged, artists must have their canvases stamped.
Stamping begins at 8:30am and can be certified at All Saints Episcopal Church, 129 N. Market Street, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 and judging will take place in “The Gallery Lot” (Next to the Selinsgrove Inn) at 204 N. Market Street, Selinsgrove, PA 17870.
